Leather charm bag

A leather charm bag containing a bird skull that is described as a welcoming home is secured by Vass at Graba’s orders around the doors of the Clock Tower. The charm bag unleashes a curse on the goblin masks, causing the masks to attack and try to kill the goblins. The curse is only done away with when Rownie removes the bag and hurls it into the River.
