Summary

Before Darcy had found what she found in the garage, she would have said she had a good marriage. She had been born and raised in Freeport, Maine. After finishing high school, she went to business school and was hired by Joe Ransome Chevrolet in Portland. In 1982, Joe hired an accounting firm and two men came out. Darcy started talking to Bob Anderson, the younger accountant, and was delighted to discover he was a numismatist, just like her father. His greatest desire was to come across a 1955 double-dated penny. He asked her to come with him to a street sale in Castle Rock that weekend, and she agreed. Soon after, they were married. In 1986, she quit her job to have their son, Donnie, he got a promotion and started a mail-order business in collectible coins, baseball trading cards, and movie memorabilia...
