Dragon Tales Summary

Eragon adjusts to life back at his family's farm with his cousin, Roran, and his uncle. Roran asks whether Eragon was able to give the message to Katrina. Roran becomes upset when Eragon tells him that he told Horst to give the girl the message. Eragon assures his cousin that Horst will not tell the whole village.

The three men work to harvest the crops of squash, beets, and peas. Days later, a blizzard blows in and covers the land in snow. Garrow grows worried that the traders and merchants who annually visit the village will not be able to make their visit. Days after the blizzard, Eragon spots tracks made by the traders on their way to the village. They pack their things excitedly to sell to the traders and make their way for the village.
