Dragon Characters

Dirk Pitt

The main character of the novel. He is tall, dark haired, muscled, graceful, and very, very smart. He is a man who seems almost invincible. He has friends both inside and outside of the government. He believes in the American way of life more than he believes in life itself. He does not enjoy to have anyone hurt, especially projects and people who are close to him. He is infuriated about the destruction of Soggy Acres and is determined to find out who is responsible for detonating the bomb that caused the devastation.
