Chapter 11-15 Summary

In chapter eleven, when Rule arrives at work, she learns that her old friend Ed Rawls is back. Rule and Rawls had become friends before her marriage to Simon Rule. Rule and Rawls talk about old times. When Rule enters her office she finds Martin sleeping in her office. He has another satellite photo. This one does not give Rule the license plate, but it does show several interesting things; two men in a golf cart heading into an area with a gate and an armed guard. The area the man is guarding looks like a shale beach. The guard looks to be carrying an Uzi or Mac 10. The photo also shows what looks like an attack periscope skimming the water of the beach. Rule gathers all the evidence and goes back to Nixon's office.
