Beaumont

Jamie Brickhouse was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. From a young age he often felt he wasn’t a good fit for him. He considered the town to be a hot and steamy “cancer-capital” port town located in the southeast part of the state. The town is situated on the banks of the muddy Neches River. It was part of the Golden Triangle that included Port Arthur, Orange and Beaumont. The only thing that Jamie found exotic about it was that it was only 30 miles away from Mexico.
