Objects/Places

Telekinetic

Carrie White is telekinetic and has the ability to move objects with her mind. It will be her telekinetic ability that she uses to kill people.

Pig Blood

Pig blood is what filled the two buckets that were placed to drop on the queen and king at prom. One of these buckets kills Tom. It is what is done with the pig blood that starts Carrie killing.

Carlin Street

Carrie White and her mother Margret live on Carlin Street. After Carrie kills the people at prom, she makes her way back to Carlin Street.

Dirty Pillows

Carrie's mother tells her that a woman's breasts are dirty pillows and that good girls don't have them. Carrie will associate her breasts with the phrase dirty pillows throughout the story.

Blue Ribbon Laundry

The laundry where Margret White works. She is at work here when Carrie comes home from school...
