Part 2: Page 188-242 Summary

Carrie is aware first of the loud metallic noise before she is actually hit with the pig blood. She covers her eyes and hears people laughing at her. Carrie had been right. All of this was a trick to make her look foolish in front of everyone. Carry tries to run out of the prom, throwing Miss Desjardin with a flex of her mind. Before Carrie can get out of the dance someone trips her, and Carrie is down on the floor ,waiting for someone to kick her in her, but but no one does. Carrie begins to run home to her mother and then stops. Carrie would spend the rest of her life with the cuckoo clock and the closet and the praying for repentance, and so she turns around and walks back toward the prom. Carrie flexes...
