Chapters 16-18 Summary

The Ordeal continues, and the males gradually knock each other out of the fight. Now only Gabriel, a blond stranger, and Bucky and Jean are left. Bucky and Jean are good friends, and they seem to be laughing and enjoying themselves. However, things suddenly turn very violent when Bucky loses control of himself and rips at Jean's belly. He kills Jean and the blond stranger then jumps in to kill Bucky, but Gabriel fights him off. Now it is only Gabriel and the blond stranger left. Gabriel quickly snaps the blond stranger's neck and the fight is over.

Vivian is horrified by all the blood and violence that she has just seen. However, before she has time to recover, she hears her mother yell. Astrid has ambushed her and jumped on her back. She is forcing Esme's head up and crushing...
