Today's heroes are quite different from the pulp fiction heroes of that era, but there are some pulp fiction heroes that are popular today. Dirk Pitt is one of them, and Indiana Jones is another. What are the qualities of a pulp fiction hero; and how do pulp fiction heroes differ from other kinds of heroes?
