Chapter 61 Summary

In Korea, Kang tries to make the best of a bad situation by determining that well-placed media leaks will still be able to ensure American anger against Japan in order to turn focus away from Korea. On the Koguryo, the assassin and some of his closest soldiers prepare to make their escape from the ship, which they plan to sink. Before they scuttle the ship, they instruct the unknowing captain to destroy the blimp, which is returning to the platform.
