Chapters 44 and 45 Summary

Due to the recent fire on the command ship, Danny Stamp held back many of the engineers to help with the rewiring. The Odyssey is grossly understaffed. In spite of that, the Odyssey sails out of the harbor and into the ocean toward the equator. Meanwhile, the Koguryo sails to intersect with it. The baldheaded assassin from the previous chapters, Tongju, speaks with his second-in-command, Kim. The two men discuss the upcoming takeover of the Odyssey. The Odyssey is staffed with engineers to get the rocket airborne, but those engineers must leave before the actual take-off, because the rocket fuel envelops the platform with dangerous gas. The actual launch is remotely controlled by the command ship. Tongju plans to take over the launch, prepare the rocket for its altered mission, and.....
