Chapter 57, Theon Summary

Reek wakes Theon Greyjoy up from a nightmare to tell him his sister has arrived. He goes to see his sister, Asha. Theon has had bad luck since killing Bran and Rickon at the mill, and the people of the castle have begun to ambush and kill his men. Asha makes fun of her brother for killing children. After they were brought back, the boys' heads were mounted on the wall. The heads were tarred and skinned. Asha and Theon go talk in private. Asha tells him the other battles are going poorly for their side, and some of Robb's men are coming to take back Winterfell.

Asha tells Theon he won't be able to hold the castle, but he thinks she is just jealous. She tells him it was a mistake to keep the castle, and he should have burnt...
