Chapter 51, Theon and Chapter 52, Jon Summary

Theon Greyjoy wakens in the middle of the night. He feels something is wrong and realizes the direwolves are no longer howling. He sends his men to see what happened and ensure Bran and Rickon are okay. The men come back and tell Theon that Bran, Rickon, and their wolves, Summer and Shaggydog, are gone. He sends out a search party. The people of the castle are angry at their treatment, and Theon is waiting for his sister to send help. The search party finds two guards dead, and Theon decides to wait until morning to search further. The next day, he also learns Osha, Hodor, Meera and Jojen are missing.
