Chapter 21, Tyrion and Chapter 22, Bran Summary
Tyrion is inspecting the supply of wildfire made by the Alchemists' Guild, which are stored in their vaults. Cersei has demanded 10,000 jars of wildfire, and the guild is making them. They also have a few thousand jars left from King Aerys' Day, giving them about 7,000. Tyrion has them send several jars to the city watch so they can practice working with them. He doesn't want Joffrey to learn of the jars, since Joffrey will probably take up the practice of burning people alive. When he leaves, he sees Bronn, who tells him Cersei and Ser Jacelyn want to see him. Ser Jacelyn gives Tyrion the peace terms from Robb Stark that have arrived with Ser Cleos Frey. Tyrion will not agree to the terms and tells Ser Cleos the council will discuss it.
He goes to see Cersei, who is upset he has offered Myrcella to marry one...
