Irene Hagen Steele
Irene Hagen Steele is the wife/widow of Russ Steele. She is the mother of Baker and Cash Steele. Irene is a woman in her fifties who has begun questioning her place in the world since the magazine for which she had worked as editor “promoted” her to a position with less pay and fewer hours. Her boss had explained that he wanted the magazine to go in a new, fresher direction.
