Summary

The author has, based on years of observation, figured out how to give feedback to whites. She enumerates these rules, which involve only giving indirect feedback in a private setting and validating the forms of oppression that have affected the white person. These rules function to restore white equilibrium and restore white superiority. Whites often claim whites who give them racial feedback are trying to find a "gotcha" moment.
