Rainsford House Hotel aka Dollard House

Jason renovates the Dollard house into the Rainsford House Hotel in hopes to bring the family out of its financial downfall. When it was still a family house, both Maurice and his mother worked there. It was in one of the outbuildings on the property surrounding this house that Thomas hit Maurice with a riding crop, leaving a scar. Maurice also picked up the Edward III coin from the ground outside the house after Thomas dropped it out a window while trying to hide that he had been playing with it from his father.
