Summary

Chapter 32 begins on Arthur’s birthday, with Ben at a coffee shop with Hudson. Their final exam is in three days, and they are quizzing each other, but all Ben can think about is Arthur. He tells Hudson about how he met Arthur, when he was going to mail Hudson’s things back to him. Hudson asks why he never got rid of the box, and Ben says that he was still holding out hope, and Hudson says that he was too. Then Hudson leans in, as if to kiss, but Ben gets a call from Dylan, then Samantha, saying that Dylan is at the hospital. Hudson wants to go too, but Ben tells him that he needs to go alone.
