Summary

In Chapter 25, Emily and Kristen drove back home. Emily confronted Kristen about Jamie’s suicide and Kristen said she did not like to talk about it because it was painful.

In Chapter 26, Emily went back to therapy and discussed her relationship with Kristen more. She was beginning to see how controlling Kristen could be. Emily went home and tried to call Nana, but she did not answer. So, Emily Googled the name of the therapist Kristen had said she had seen after her parents’ death. She discovered that Lydia Brightside worked at Westmoor Behavioral Services, a psychiatric ward for resident patients with severe behavioral issues.
