The speaker is a third-person narrator who may be a werewolf themself, or a human who’s enjoying the shifting culture around the inner wildness of women. They’re almost certainly a woman who has been victimised by men, or who has witnessed the victimization of other women. The speaker expresses a subversive delight at the thought of these women finding their inner power and using it to begin upsetting the narrative around gender.
