Courtney

Courtney is a teenage girl living in Florida, and is one of the main characters of the story. She has finished high school and will be attending Boston in the fall. As the story begins she is starting a road trip to college with her ex-boyfriend Jordan, who is also attending Boston. Jordan broke up with Courtney and is now dating a girl who he met on MySpace. Courtney is dreading the trip because she does not want to have to spend time with the boy she still loves, who hurt her so badly. However, her parents are forcing her to follow through with the plans she made while she and Jordan were still together, meaning this is her only way to get to college.
