Chapters 13 and 14 Summary

Bobby's mom arrives home shortly after lunch on Friday. Bobby tells his mom he is going to meet a girl that he met at the library, that she is blind and that she knows he is invisible. When Bobby arrives at the library, he finds Alicia in her reserved soundproof booth. Bobby and Alicia make small talk and then Bobby asks her again how she went blind. Alicia explains she fell out of bed one night and bumped her head and then when woke up the next morning, she couldn't see anything. While Bobby and Alicia are talking, he notices a guy that keeps pacing outside of the soundproof booth. All of a sudden the man barges in and asks Alicia what's going on. The man is Alicia's father.
