Mitch Rapp

Mitch Rapp is a 32-year old counter terrorist. While at Syracuse University, his girlfriend died in a terrorist attack and Irene Kennedy used his anger to persuade him to join the CIA. He did not need much persuasion and left University that fall, quickly working himself up to become part of the Orion team, a top secret branch of the CIA developed to counter the increasing terrorist threat. Rapp became so revered, they nicknamed him the Iron Man.

One recent attack leads him to meet his current girlfriend Anna Rielly. She was reporting outside the White House for NBC when a group of terrorists lay siege to the building. Mitch saved Anna's life, and not long after, they were living together in his house in Maryland.
