Sally/Salinda

Sally, whose given name is Salinda, is a princess who has been sold into marriage to a Warlord for an alliance. When Sally learns that she is to be married, she flees for the Tangleroot Forest to get answers. Sally is resourceful and strong.

When Sally is on her journey to the Tangleroot Forest, she meets Mickel and the other acting troupe members. Sally is drawn to Mickel and ends up traveling with the troupe for a short while. Thinking that they could never be together, Sally kisses Mickel before going into the Tangleroot Forest to escape from her father finding her.

Sally is descended from the witches who bound the queen in the Tangleroot Forest. Sally was not sure that her mother had been a real witch, but Sally comes to accept that she is a witch. Sally will also marry Mickel, after it is revealed...
