Many of the Microkids had dreams of building the perfect computer. West was looking for an architect at the time. This person will describe what the machine will do for the software people. West was trying to build a 32-bit Eclipse compatible machine that didn't use a bit mode and he didn't know if it was possible. He wanted Steve Wallach, a Data General employee, for the job.
