Summary

Reuben woke up at three in the morning and got ready to head to the smuggler's tunnels while the sea was at low tide. He snuck out of the keeper's house and headed for the oil house where he had stashed his backpack and muck boots. He made his way over the rocks to the backside of the island and the cave entrance. Using clues from the pirate rhyme had heard Penny recited earlier, he searched for the X and Y spots among the huge boulders. He finally found them and using his crow bar, pried up the boulder.
