Summary

Sophie, devastated by the outcome of the trial, begins to have violent dreams. Agatha tries to visit her, but Sophie blames Agatha for everything, calling her a witch and screaming at her to get her own life. The next night, she has another dream of the beast she killed. She learns from others that Tedros said she used him to win the trial, and Nevers respect her for it. A professor gives her a snakeskin cape, while the other teachers give her presents. They believe she took on Hester, not Tedros. Tedros leaves a black rose, calling her a cheater, liar and a witch. Sophie completely changes her look; changing her blonde hair and makeup to black. They kick Dot out of their room to give Sophie a bed since they threw hers out before the trial. Meanwhile...
