Moldova

Moldova is a former Soviet country in Eastern Europe. It becomes a hotbed of social and political upheaval following the emergence of the skein powers. Tatiana Moskalev, the wife of the Moldvoan President, kills her husband and assumes control of the country. She eventually becomes allied with Allie, Roxy, and Margot. Tatiana instates a matriarchal government. Allie eventually kills Tatiana, takes control of the country, and purposely incites a global war.

Wisconsin

Margot is the mayor of an unspecified city in Wisconsin. She clashes with the Governor, Daniel, on how to proceed following the emergence of the skein powers.
