Corcillum

Corcillum is the town located near Vocans Academy. Othello lives at the edge of town in a beautifully-kept neighborhood. When Fletcher arrives for the first time, he is accosted by ruffians who want to steal his money. When he and Othello return to the town one day, they are caught up in a battle to save Sylva. The town has several taverns and shops, and Fletcher is amazed to see so many things offered for sale.

Vocans Academy

This is the building that houses the summoner's program that Fletcher attends. The building is huge, but is old and in need of some maintenance, such as the drawbridge that seems rickety. There is a huge library that is seldom used. The building could clearly accommodate more students than the few attending when Fletcher is there, but summoners are becoming scarce by this point.
