Summary

In “The Vacuum Cleaner,” Ralph panicked and dragged the motorcycle to the corner under the bed to avoid the vacuum tube that the maid was jutting in and out beneath the bed. The attachment nozzle fell off and the vacuum tube started sucking in huge gusts of air. The maid dropped the vacuum tube and went to fix her hair in the mirror. The tube sucked up Ralph’s tail. He grabbed onto the motorcycle to keep from being sucked up into the vacuum. Then he pulled himself up onto the motorcycle’s seat, fighting against the vacuum’s suction. Although he had promised Keith not to ride the motorcycle in the daytime, he decided he wanted to test the motorcycle’s strength against the vacuum’s strength. He put all his power into his motorcycle noise and zoomed straight across the carpet...
