Summary

In Chapter 17, Saul was visited in hospital by his brother’s wife Tessa who criticized Saul for being ungrateful towards his brother and told him that Matt was organizing sick pay from Saul’s university. In Chapter 18, Saul spoke with Jennifer about her life after Isaac’s death and she told him that she had two daughters.

In Chapter 19, Saul’s brother Matt told Saul that their father had died. Matt apologized to Saul for bullying him when they were children.

In Chapter 20, Saul was visited by his friend Jack. Through their conversation, it becomes clear to the reader that Jack and Saul are a couple, but that Saul has forgotten about his life with Jack.
