Chapter 5 Flag is Up Farms Regained Summary and Analysis

Monty and his family move back into Flag is Up Farms. Clearly, Monty is relieved that this facility does not end up getting destroyed. However, after his experience with Harcourt, he is exhausted and somewhat traumatized. After all, he has been arrested for a crime that he did not commit. His family focuses on getting their life together and focuses on the horses. Monty knows that the horses will make him feel comfortable and happy yet again.

Monty finds out that his friend Crawford Hall has became quadriplegic. Crawford is the son of Clark Hall, the owner of a cattle operation. He has a terrible accident while racing a young racehorse.
