Summary

Futh wakes up in Hellhaus and pours himself a glass of hot water from the sink. He takes a drink, but quickly remembers that people find dead pigeons in water tanks. He imagines emergency scenarios that may play out in his room and how to escape them. He remembers aunt Freida providing him with a rope ladder in case he ever needed to escape through a window, and warning him about tooth decay. As he is surmounting whether or not he could land safely if he were to slide down a pipe from the room, a moth enters his room.
