Meghan Chase

Meghan Chase is the novel's protagonist. She is half human and half faery, the daughter of King Oberon of the Summer kingdom. Meghan grew up in the human realm. She did not know about the world of Faery until her sixteenth birthday, but since then her life has been a whirlwind of confusion, danger, and passion. She is in love with Ash, a Winter prince. Unfortunately, love between Summer and Winter is forbidden by centuries of law, so she and Ash cannot be together. Meghan has straight blonde hair. The use of magic or glamour was used to make her look human when she lived in that realm, but in the world of Faery she has large eyes and pointed ears, reminding her that she is only half human, half fey.
