Summary

In Chapter 11, Lucy wakes up in the morning and is embarrassed at having been open and vulnerable. She tells Josh to leave and not use anything against her in the interviews. He gets angry and storms out. She goes back to bed and realizes she does not hate Joshua. The next morning, Danny brings her daisies and offers to drive her to work. She stops and buys Josh a carton of strawberries as a thank-you and apology. Danny walks her up to her office and asks Josh if he has a problem with them dating, then kisses her on the cheek. Danny leaves and Lucy sees Joshua has left a rose on her desk. She realizes he sent her the first bouquet, too. He is furious about Danny, though, and takes the rose back, snatching it out of her hand and scratching her...
