Summary

In Chapter 43, Patrick McCutcheon, a former employee of Glenn’s, is the elected prosecutor for Florida’s 22nd Judicial District. Glenn talks to him about the evidence that Post and Frankie found. Meanwhile, Post gets Castle’s attention when he tells him that he and Frankie found three boxes of evidence belonging to the sheriff’s department.

Post, Frankie, Glenn, McCutcheon, and Castle all meet in Glenn’s office to discuss how the evidence should be handled. Post notes that even though McCutcheon and Castle were not interested in reopening Quincy’s case, they are all captivated by the boxes of evidence. Castle argues he should get possession of the evidence since it did belong to his office.
