Chapter 12 Summary

The group involved in the Monte Christo operation has spent hours in the conference room. They have been training in various exercises all week long. The first practice assault on the mock-up is scheduled for the following week after which the troops will be kept sequestered so there is no danger of their talking. The group discusses the possibility of using tanks in the operation. Anything they do before the actual operation will tip the North Vietnamese that something big is happening.
