Summary

In September 2013, Johnson visits Dr. Richard O. Prum, an ornithology professor and curator. For years, Dr. Prum has been trying to help enforce anti-trafficking laws, aware of the illegal activities among some in the fly-tying community. Dr. Prum gives Johnson a USB thumb drive full of screenshots from Edwin's website captured before it was taken down. In one of the screenshots, Johnson sees the name Long Nguyen for the first time. Thinking he knew the names of everyone in Edwin's circle by now, Johnson looks up Long on Facebook and finds the evidence to identify him as Goku. Johnson now wonders about the level of Long's involvement in the crime. Is he an accomplice or even perhaps the mastermind behind it all? Not long after, Edwin finally agrees to an interview with Johnson.
