Danielle's mother, Randy Minkoff, is in Manhattan for the week. Randy mother is staying at the Days Inn because there is no room for the two of them in Danielle's studio apartment. Danielle and Randy go to the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art and have lunch at the more expensive restaurant there.
