Summary

In Chapter 16, Anne screams and shows Marco the package that came in the mail. There is a ransom note with the onesie that requests 5 million dollars and demands the Contis not to tell the police about their communication. Anne asks her parents for the money. Richard and Alice agree to give them the money. Marco says he is going to his office. Back at home, Anne carries the green onesie around with her, then realizes that she should stop in case the police need it as evidence if they do not get Cora back. Alone in the house, Anne starts to look through Marco’s drawers.
