Book One, Occam's Razor: Chapters 11-15 Summary

Hank is at The Tracks, a bar popular with the local media, waiting for the 11 o'clock news with Missy Blaylock, the TV reporter, and Tony Coniglia. While waiting for the broadcast, Hank tries to call Lily at her father's house and is unable to reach her. He then calls Meg Quigley and advises her to watch the news, and call her father and tell him the same. He then calls Rachel, his secretary, and tell her to watch the news, and take the next day off. Making a trip to the bathroom, Hank once again tries to go to the bathroom, trying to imagine himself in bed with either Rachel or Meg, but can't accomplish either anymore than he can manage to go to the bathroom.
