Esgles

Billy's mother is obsessed with eagles and their nests to the point that when one that she has chosen to live near no longer exists, she moves her entire family. For her, eagles symbolize a connection with Dennis who is the person who introduced her to eagles. The eagles also symbolize a renewed life for her. So when the nest goes, she has to go somewhere else in order to find the hope for this renewed life.
