Part One: Toymaker: Hostile Takeover and Liz: Snowballing Hell Summary

The Toymaker knocks on Mike's door to find it is crawling with police. He is asked for identification and provides them with the name John Christie, which he is using here. He already knows that he will have to retire the name as soon as he is done. They also ask for a DNA sample, which of course he can't refuse without arousing unnecessary suspicion and so he provides it. He knows the law and will wait until they have eliminated him and then apply to have the sample destroyed. Thankfully, Operations is thorough when they backstop an identification and so he is unconcerned. When they are done with him, the Toymaker gets on a bus, no longer concerned about being invisible, and heads to the address...
