Chapter 18 Summary

After the gloom of his breakup with Rachel Hunter dissipated, Stewart attempted to date again. He spent time with Canadian model, Tracy Tweed, former Playboy playmate, Kimberley Conrad, and Caprice Bourret. All of these relationships failed to turn into anything meaningful or permanent. But Stewart recalled an encounter he had with a young photography student, Penny Lancaster, some months back. They met at a hotel bar where Lancaster approached Stewart requesting his autograph. The two got into a discussion and Stewart discovered her interests in photography. After giving Lancaster the opportunity to photograph one of his shows, she wholeheartedly agreed. Stewart remembered feeling a connection with her, so he decided to contact her again, this time for dinner.
