Chapters 21-24 Summary

In Chapter 21, Emily tries to explain to Isaac what his mother said to her, but he refuses to believe it. Upset, he leaves her on the side of the road. She then gets a message from A telling her to go to her first love's house, and she walks over to Ali's home only to see Maya's shadow in the window. She also sees Jenna talking to a guy in the shadows; after a moment, she realizes that the guy is Jason.

Hanna dreams about sixth grade, and Ali in particular, in Chapter 22. In her dream, Ali asks if she remembers seeing her when Hanna was in a coma, and tells Hanna that she needs to find her part of the flag. When Hanna wakes up, she hears her father and Kate laughing together downstairs. Angry, Hanna storms into Mike's gym...
