Restraining Order

The restraining order is a symbol of fear. When Jake is released from jail pending his new trial, Addy has Eli draw up a restraining order against Jake because she is so afraid that Jake will try to hurt her.

Envelope

The envelope is a symbol of positivity. Eli has accidentally included the envelope containing the gender of the baby he and Ashton are expecting with Addy’s paperwork for the restraining order.
