Summary

Matt visits Jazz at Nicotine. They have sex while everyone else is at the rally. At the rally, Tony becomes increasingly jealous of Penny's attention, calling Rob "a female attention sinkhole" (112). Later, Rob, Tony, and Penny talk about CHA and anarchism.

The next day, a locksmith comes to change the locks on Nicotine per Matt's instructions. Sympathizing with the squatters, he does not complete the job.

Later, Jazz tells Penny she and Matt are having sex. Penny is disgusted. Jazz thinks if she keeps sleeping with him he will let them stay in the house. Then Penny tells her about her feelings for Rob. Jazz says if she does not want to sleep alone, she should take advantage of Rob's asexuality and continue sharing his bed.
