Summary

In Chapter 11, Jack shows up at Greg’s dentist’s office right after Elsie gets there. Greg is high on painkillers. Together, they take Greg back to Greg’s home. At Greg’s request, Elsie pours him a glass of milk. Greg spills it on Jack, who promptly removes his shirt.

As Elsie puts Greg to bed, Greg says he wants them to be friends. He says he is not certain he could ever romantically like anyone.

Alone with Elsie, Jack says he feels like an idiot for not seeing the signs that Greg is aromantic or asexual. Jack apologizes to Elsie for misunderstanding her. When she confirms that she and Greg were never romantically involved, Jack looks relieved. Jack tells Elsie he followed up with Austin and he is sure Austin will not tell Monica anything.
