Summary

In “Kate,” set 11 years before in May, Bea tells Kate she thinks Feingold said he did not know Meredith because he knew if Kate contacted her that Meredith would discourage Kate from using Feingold, that it would be bad for business. She also suggested that Shelby’s husband accused Feingold only because he wanted to draw attention away from himself.

In “Meredith,” set 11 years before in March, Meredith makes up her mind to tell Josh all the things that she has been keeping from him, including the college relationship between herself and Marty.

Meredith takes Josh to a restaurant and bar. They are considering leaving and being alone when they happen upon Kate and Bea who are celebrating Bea’s 30th birthday. They invite Josh and Meredith to join them.
